Marc is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators. The Square Black Bear was his first published children’s picture book, which he was inspired to write while reading to his friend’s six-month-old son.

Marc has been married to his wife Susan for 25 years and they live in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA.

Asya is a Philadelphia-based artist. She immigrated to the U.S. from the former Soviet republic of Georgia in 1991. Asya studied painting at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA).  Since graduating with an MFA in 2005, she has exhibited her work at various galleries and museums. Her artwork is represented in private collections in the U.S., the UK, France, Australia, Russia, and Israel.
